Open "taskida.com" and Click "Get Started" in navigation
Click "Projects" link
Click "New Project" Button
Fill the fields and Click "Create Project" button in form
Click "Manage"
Click "Add Task"
Fill the form and Click "Create Task" button in form
Add todos by clicking "Save".
You can further subdivide tasks into todos. As manager you can create todos but they are mainly on the assignee to complete task with todos they deem fit. However, manager can collaborate.
This will open side bar. Click "Add a new todo..." in form
You can manage task's notes by Click "Task Notes" button
Each task can have associated notes.
Click "Add New Note" button
Type content and Click "Save Note" button in form
Click "Close" button to close sidebar.
Click "Timeline" button
You can see the project timeline.
Click "Notes" button
You can access project notes from here.
Click "Report" to open report in new tab.
Click "Description"
Click "Toggle Done" button to mark a task completed!
When a task is completed you can mark it done!
You can see your tasks by clicking "Tasks" link
You don't need to open projects one by one to jump between projects. You can list all your tasks in Tasks sections.
You can manage you tasks from this section.
You can manage notes, todos and mark task completed.
Similarly, Click "Todos" link to go to Todo Section.
Here you can see the list of all your todos and you can manage them at one place.
Similarly, Click "Notes" link to go to Notes Section.
